Our Recovery and Insolvency Team works closely with our Corporate Finance Team to ensure that all avenues of finance have been fully explored to benefit the lender and the company.
In the event that insolvency becomes an issue we can also act as receivers and managers or administrators on behalf of the lender to ensure maximum recovery.
